He tied the EuroCup season high for three-pointers made, which he himself set in Round 7
Anthony Brown showed against Bourg why he is such a weapon for Turk Telekom

Erdem Can can count his lucky stars that he has a player like Anthony Brown on his Turk Telekom Ankara roster. The 32-year-old, back in the BKT EuroCup after two seasons away, has been one of the stars of the 2024-25 campaign and reminded fans of his quality with another stellar showing in Round 13, this time against Cosea JL Bourg-en-Bresse.
In Turk Telekom’s 98-89 victory, Brown erupted for 8 three-pointers made and thus tied the EuroCup season high he set back in Round 7; the next best is 6 triples made, which has been done on nine occasions this season. He finished the night with 32 points, his second-best tally this season, and had excellent numbers with 4-of-6 two-pointers and 8-of-9 triples, having not gone to the free-throw line. Back in Round 7, he needed 10 attempts to knock down his 8 three-pointers.
“I feel good that we won. When I woke up this morning, to be honest I had a good feeling about today,” Brown told EuroLeague TV afterward. “Once the first one went in, it was over for me in my mind. I just stayed aggressive and I’m really happy we got the win.”
Turk Telekom has now won four straight games in the EuroCup to improve to an 8-5 record, which is the same as Hapoel Bank Yahav Jerusalem in second place in Group A. Valencia Basket still has a comfortable lead at the top of the group with an 11-2 mark.
