After he missed Hamburg’s win over Slask Wroclaw, Brown shined in his return, He drained 5 three-pointers in scoring a team-high 22 points to go with 3 assists and 1 steal as Hamburg won back-to-back games for the first time in 2022 and its third game in the last four.
The 27-year-old Brown dropped 32 points with 7 three-pointers along with 4 rebounds, 6 assists and 3 steals against MoraBanc Andorra in Round 12. And he had 14 points against Boulogne Metropolitans 92 in Round 14 before missing the last game.
Brown is a major part of Hamburg’s offense, especially his three-point shooting. He has attempted 7.5 triples per game - fourth in the EuroCup - and has made 2.9 of them, which is the third most. Brown is converting from deep at a strong 39.0% clip.
All in all, Brown showed once again why his scoring is so important to Hamburg and its chances of winning.
