Round 2 of EuroCup Fantasy Challenge powered by Ardu Prime comes with something extra to consider. The game between Hapoel Shlomo Tel Aviv and Wolves Vilnius has been postponed, so players from both teams will get their average score (in this case, the same score they got last week) in Round 2. That means that all Hapoel and Wolves players can be featured in your team with a certain score. In order for you to get advantages in private leagues and in the overall standings, we will recommend players who are actually expected to step on the floor in Round 2. These are our five recommendations:
Trevion Williams, ratiopharm ulm (11.1 credits) – Ulm has a reputation for signing great big men and Williams is the latest on this list. He had a sensational EuroCup debut: 13 points, 16 rebounds and a PIR of 20 in a winning effort. Williams also averages a PIR of 21.7 in German League action. A rock-solid fantasy player!
Dusan Miletic, Slask Wroclaw (8.7 credits) – Slask could not open the season with a win but Miletic made sure his name was noticed, getting 19 points on 9-for-13 two-point shooting plus 13 rebounds for a PIR of 29 against Bourg. he played over 33 minutes, which means that head coach Oliver Vidin trusts him. A good, cheap option at center is always a must.
Hugo Benitez, Mincidelice JL Bourg en Bresse (8.2 credits) – Benitez has potential to become one of the best point guards in Europe and is set to prove it this season. Against Slask, Benitez had 19 points, 5 assists, no turnovers and a PIR of 25. He is set to play a bigger role in Bourg this season and his numbers will go up.
Berkan Durmaz, Besiktas Emlakjet Istanbul (5.9 credits) – Besiktas upset Joventut in Badalona and Durmaz had a really solid game. He finished with a double-double and 10 points and 10 rebounds, and fed Leyton Hammonds for the game-winning shot. Full of confidence, Berkan is a great pick for less than 6 credits.
JaCorey Williams, Buducnost VOLI Podgorica (10.9 credits) – This is Williams's third EuroCup season and he is capitalizing on his experience. In Round 1, he led Buducnost to a 76-65 win over Lietkabelis with 13 points, 6 rebounds and a PIR of 15. An outstanding rebounder, Williams is set to become Buducnost's frontcourt leader.
