Umana Reyer Venice has confirmed that forward Jeff Brooks has signed a new contract that will keep him at the club for the 2023-24 season. Brooks (34 years old, 2.03 meters) averaged 4.8 points, 3.4 rebounds and a 7.0 PIR across 17 appearances in the 7DAYS EuroCup last season. Of those 17 games, he started twice. Brooks's first campaign with Reyer, 2021-22, saw him average 6.2 points, 4.1 rebounds, 1.0 assists and an 8.1 PIR in 19 fixtures. In addition to his 36 appearances for Reyer in the EuroCup, the veteran played 13 games for BC Avtodor of Russia in 2015-16 and 22 for Unicaja Malaga of Spain in 2016-17. In 2017, he became a EuroCup champion with Unicaja. Brooks has also appeared in 124 contests in the Turkish Airlines, having suited up for Cantu (2012-13), Dinamo Sassari (2014-15) and EA7 Emporio Armani Milan (2018-21) of Italy, in addition to Unicaja (2017-18).
