Joventut Badalona has brought in Jarrod Jones on a one-month deal, the club confirmed on Thursday. He will help cover the injuries of Leonardo Okeke and William Howard. Jones (2.07 meters, 32 years old) last played for Guangsha of the Chinese League, where he averaged 13.2 points, 7.6 rebounds, 2.2 assists and 1.5 steals in 33 games. He has four years of experience in the 7DAYS EuroCup and last featured in the competition with Cedevita Olimpija Ljubljana in 2020-21, averaging 9.9 points and 4.6 rebounds across 15 appearances.

Jones, a native of the United States, has played for BC Kyiv of Ukraine, Albacomp, Atomeromu and Szolnok of Hungary, Vichy Clermont and Monaco of France, VL Pesaro of Italy, Pinar Karsiyaka and Darussafaka of Turkey, Cedevita of Slovenia and Guangsha of China during his professional career, which began in 2012. In the EuroCup, he has appeared in the competition for Szolnok (2015-16), Monaco (2018-19), Darussafaka (2019-20) and Cedevita (2020-21), with his overall averages standing at 8.9 points and 5.3 rebounds from 52 games played, of which 30 have been starts.
