On Wednesday afternoon, Cedevita Olimpija Ljubljana announced the arrival of young guard Justus Hollatz. Hollatz (1.91 meters, 22 years old) arrives from Breogan of the Spanish League, where last season he averaged 7.9 points, 2.1 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 1.3 steals in 34 regular season games. Hollatz grew up in Sharks Hamburg of his native Germany. He was there from 2014 to 2017 and then made his pro debut in the German second division with Rist Wedel, where he spent four seasons until 2021. In 2021-22, Hollatz joined the Hamburg Towers and made his EuroCup debut. In 13 appearances - 8 as a starter - Hollatz averaged 8.2 points, 2.1 rebounds, 4.2 assists and 1.3 steals. It was then that he would move on to Spain to join Breogan. Now, Hollatz comes back to the EuroCup in the Olimpija ranks.
