Lietkabelis Panevezys completed its roster for the upcoming 7DAYS EuroCup season by signing forward Grantas Vasiliauskas to a one-year deal.

Vasiliauskas (2.04 meters, 22 years old) arrives from a fellow Lithuanian side Nevezis, where he posted 4.5 points and 2.9 rebounds in the Lithuanian League last season. Young power forward played for youth categories of both Rytas Vilnius and Zalgiris Kaunas. As a teenager he also played for Zalgiris' second team, and went on to play professionally for Palanga and Jonava in the Lithuanian second division, as well as Tartu Ulikool of Estonia. He won bronze medal playing for Lithuania at the U17 World Championships in 2016, won silver medals at the U16 European Championship in 2015 and U18 European Championships in 2016, and also a bronze at the same competition a year later. Vasiliauskas is now set to make his EuroCup debut.
