Gran Canaria has confirmed that an agreement has been reached with Miquel Salvo to renew the forward's contract until the end of the 2024-25 season. Salvo (28 years old, 2.01 meters) averaged 6.3 points, 2.9 rebounds, 1.5 assists and a 7.2 PIR as Gran Canaria became the 2022-23 7DAYS EuroCup champion. Having spent the last two seasons with Gran Canaria, he will remain at the club for a further two years. Salvo made his EuroCup debut in the 2021-22 campaign, his first year at Gran Canaria, averaging 7.3 points, 3.8 rebounds, 1.6 assists and a 9.0 PIR.
