Bahcesehir College Istanbul adds American guard Jordan Ford, a former EuroCup standout with Trento and NBA experience, to strengthen its backcourt for the 2025-26 season.


Bahcesehir banks on ballhandler Jordan Ford 

Bahcesehir College Istanbul has strengthened its backcourt by signing American guard [Jordan Ford](https://www.euroleaguebasketball.net/en/eurocup/players/jordan-ford/profile/013270/), the club announced on Friday. Ford (1.85 meters, 27 years old) arrives from Italy, where he started the campaign with Trapani Shark and averaged 13.3 points and 4.4 assists in 13 Italian League games. He provided a further 13.2 points and 4.0 assists in the BCL.

Ford returns to the EuroCup after shining for Dolomiti Energia Trento last season. He was fifth in the competition with 16.4 points per game. Ford also contributed 2.8 assists and 1.0 steals in 18 appearances – with all but one coming off the bench. He helped Trento win the Italian Cup too.

After a standout college career at Saint Mary’s, Ford began his professional in the G League with Agua Caliente Clippers in February 2021. Later that year, Ford came to Europe for the first time when he joined Peristeri in Greece. Ford suited up for the Stockton Kings in the G League in 2022-23 and debuted in the NBA with the Sacramento Kings the following season.

The combo-guard should compliment fellow high-scorer Malachi Flynn in the Bahcesehir backcourt to power a team that is tied for second in Group A of the EuroCup with an 8-4 record. Bahcesehir visits Cedevita Olimpija Ljubljana in Round 13 on Tuesday.

Russell led Cluj to a narrow 94-92 home victory over Slask Wroclaw, finishing with 30 points on 7-of-11 two-pointers, 2-of-7 three-pointers, and 10-of-15 free throws. He also contributed 7 rebounds, 7 assists, 1 steal and drew 11 fouls. Meanwhile, Jones was dominant in Trento’s 85-73 home win over the London Lions, scoring 33 points on 8-of-9 two-pointers, 2-of-4 three-pointers, and 11-of-12 free throws. He also grabbed 3 rebounds, dished out 2 assists and drew 9 fouls, earning a PIR of 37.

Dusan Miletic of Cluj and Ante Zizic of Besiktas GAIN Istanbul each posted a PIR of 35 in Round 12. Miletic registered a double-double of 19 points and 14 rebounds in Cluj’s victory over Slask, shooting 6-of-8 from two-point range and 7-of-9 from the free-throw line, while also contributing 5 assists, 1 block and drawing 6 fouls. Zizic had 23 points on 7-of-9 two-pointers and 9-of-9 free throws, adding 10 rebounds, 1 block and 6 fouls drawn in Besiktas’s 97-95 loss to NINERS Chemnitz. Kyle Wiltjer of Umana Reyer Venice, with a PIR of 33, completes the list of top individual performances in Round 12. Wiltjer amassed 28 points, 3 rebounds, 4 assists and 3 fouls drawn as Reyer beat Neptunas Klaipeda 103-118 on the road.

### Individual highs: DeVante’ Jones, Trento, 33 points

DeVante’ Jones of Trento led the round in scoring with 33 points. Fatts Russell of Cluj remains the competition’s top scorer with an average of 22.2 points per game.

Dusan Miletic of Cluj grabbed 14 rebounds in Round 12. Austin Wiley of Hapoel Midtown Jerusalem continues to lead the league in rebounds with an average of 8.7 per game.

Arnas Velicka of Neptunas recorded 12 assists, the most in Round 12. Velicka leads the EuroCup in assists with an average of 7.6 per game.

Yordan Minchev of Chemnitz had a round-high 4 steals. Dogus Ozdemiroglu of Turk Telekom Ankara is the steals leader with an average of 2.6 per game.

Ricky Lindo of Cosea JL Bourg-en-Bresse, Chris Ledlum of ratiopharm Ulm and Kaodirichi Akobundu-Ehiogu of Manresa each had 3 blocks in Round 12. Austin Wiley leads the league in blocks with an average of 1.7 per game.

Five players recorded double-doubles in Round 12: Velicka (12 points, 12 assists), Wiley 19 points, 13 points, 10 rebounds), Miletic (19 points, 14 rebounds), Zizic (23 points, 10 rebounds) and Nikola Tanaskovic of Buducnost VOLI Podgorica (17 points, 13 rebounds).

Lietkabelis Panevezys used a big start to the fourth quarter and a strong effort to keep alive its slim chances for the playoffs by beating ratiopharm ulm to snap a three-game losing streak in Group B. 

Lietkabelis opened the final frame with the first 17 points over more than 5 minutes to collect a 79-89 road win and improve to 3-9 including a 2-4 mark away from home. 

Michael Flowers poured in 26 points to lead Lietkabelis while recent addition Justas Furmanavicius chipped in 14 points and Paulius Danesevicius scored 13 points.

“We brought the effort and intensity, especially on defense. We wanted to make it a point that we wanted to be aggressive and make a change. I am happy with what we did today,” said Flowers, who knocked down four three-pointers in the game. 

Lietkabelis was first to open up some daylight with a 4-15 run to make it 39-48 late in the first half. The guests were up by eight points midway through the third quarter when Ulm went on a 16-3 surge to lead 65-60. 

Lietkabelis turned the game around with a 0-17 run to start the fourth quarter for a 65-79 lead with Ulm committing five turnovers in the run. There was still 5 minutes to go but Ulm could not finish defensive possessions to get back into the game as Lietkabelis snatched five offensive rebounds over the final 4 minutes. 

“It was a very important win for us - not just about the standings but also because of the situation we are in right now. I think we controlled the game. Despite a very good shooting night from Ulm (46.7 percent on three-pointers) we controlled the rebounds. That was our goal before the game and I think we deserved the win,” said Lietkabelis head coach Nenad Canak. 

The guests took the battle of the glass 38-26 including 13-7 on offensive rebounds. Lietkabelis also did a great job taking advantage of Ulm’s miscues with a 26-16 difference in points off turnovers even though the guests had 19 turnovers to 17 for Ulm.

Lietkabelis came into the game ranked 18th in turnovers forced with just 13.2 and the Lithuanian side had struggled stopping teams inside the three-point line - ranking 17th on opponents’ two-pointers at 58.3 percent. But Canak’s troops held Ulm to just 42.9 percent on two-pointers.

Ulm for its part lost for the fifth time in the last six games for a 5-7 record, moving further from the playoffs spots with a 2-5 home mark. Mark Smith scored 18 points and Christopher Ledlum added 15 points in the loss. 

“We played really well on defense in the second and third quarters. It felt like we had momentum going into the fourth but it seemed like they just wanted it more in the fourth quarter,” said Ulm head coach Ty Harrelson. “Our execution wasn’t where it needed to be on offense.”

Wiltjer poured in a team-high 28 points as Reyer set a single-game club record in its 103-118 win at Neptunas Klaipeda in a battle of teams tied in Group A coming into the game. The combined 221 points snapped the record for the highest scoring non-overtime game in EuroCup history, and is the eighth-most ever. 

Wiltjer topped his previous season best of 20 points as he knocked down 6 of 8 three-pointers to go with 3 rebounds and 4 assists for an index rating of 33. And that came after some big family news.

“A week ago I found out I’m having a baby boy so ever since this news I am playing amazing and we’re winning. So I am happy and I think it’s bringing good luck,” said Wiltjer, who has two daughters with his wife.

Wiltjer and the rest of the team was tremendous sharing the ball with 31 assists, blowing away Reyer’s previous best of 25 assists. Seven players scored in double figures with Chris Horton (16 points), Carl Wheatle (14) and Stefan Nikolic (14) all establishing career highs in scoring and Leonardo Candi evening his best of 12 points. 

That brought Reyer to 6-6 record in the group - and 2-5 on the road - to go with the tiebreaker over 5-7 Lietkabelis with a sweep of the season series. 

The performance by the Italian side was all the more impressive considering the team was playing without its third and fourth leading scorers Jordan Parks and Ky Bowman, respectively. 

“We came here without two important players from the starting lineup. And the players from the bench stepped up and filled their shoes,” Reyer head coach Neven Spahija said. 

Neptunas led the game by nine points in the second quarter and was up 54-46 late in the first half when Reyer scored 12 straight points to pull ahead. The game later was knotted 89-89 early in the final quarter when Reyer put together another 0-12 run over nearly 3 minutes to take control of a game otherwise lacking in defense. 

“We had consistently good offense and finally in the last quarter way better defense. Neptunas is a very good and talented team. They are playing amazing offense. We knew that they are not a good defensive team and we took advantage of that,” Spahija said.

Neptunas came into the game as the third-highest scoring team in the competition and Reyer was keeping pace throughout. The 87-89 scoreline after three quarters set a new EuroCup record for most points after 30 minutes with 176 - topping the previous mark of 168 between Crvena Zvezda Belgrade and Dimano Sassari in 2012-13. 

Neptunas has now given up 118 points in back-to-back games after losing in Round 12 at U-BT Cluj-Napoca 118-97. Gediminas Petrauskas’ team fell to 6-6 and 3-3 at home despite Richards Lomazs setting a new personal best with 28 points and Donatas Tarolis evening his top performance with 21 points.  

“It looks like the fourth quarter gave them the lead but I believe the second quarter was the key moment in the game. We had a lead and I only took a couple minutes for Reyer to take control of the game,” Petrauskas said. 

“It’s a tough game and a tough group. Each game is difficult but I am happy that we didn’t give up and we fought. We must play more mature basketball.”

Reyer captured an important victory in the fight to stay in the playoff race by beating Neptunas 103-118 on the road to sweep the season series. In a Group A game with very little defense, Reyer put together a 0-12 run over nearly 3 minutes in the fourth quarter for a 12-point lead and carried that to a 6-6 record and 2-5 on the road.

Reyer was paced by Kyle Wiltjer with 28 points while Chris Horton (16 points), Carl Wheatle (14) and Stefan Nikolic (14) all established career highs in scoring. Reyer set a new club record for its most points in a game and 31 assists. Lietkabelis kept alive its slim chances for the playoffs by beating Ulm 79-89 on the road to snap a three-game losing streak in Group B. Lietkabelis gave up a nine-point second quarter lead but opened the final frame with a 0-17 run over the first 5 minutes to move to 3-9 with a 2-4 road record. 

Michael Flowers poured in 26 points and recent addition Justas Furmanavicius chipped in 14 points for the winning side. Ulm lost for the fifth time in the last six games for a 5-7 record, moving further from the playoff spots with a 2-5 home mark. Mark Smith scored 18 points and Chris Ledlum added 15 points in the loss.

Bahcesehir finished 2025 on a high note with an easy 105-68 home victory over winless Hamburg to hopefully settle some struggles. Bahcesehir used an 18-4 run in the first quarter to open an 8-point lead and increased the advantage to 21 points midway through the second quarter and never looked back in improving to 8-4, including 4-2 at home. 

Caleb Homesley and Malachi Flynn both scored 17 points and Hunter Hale picked up 16 points for a Bahcesehir team which had lost three of its last four games and four of the last six. Hamburg is still waiting for its first victory of the season at 0-12 despite Devon Daniels scoring 22 points.

In a thriller that came down to the last shot, Cluj defeated Slask 94-92. Cluj improved to 7-5 in Group A while Slask dropped to 4-8 and is 0-6 on the road in the 2025-26 BKT EuroCup campaign. Fatts Russell led the winners with 30 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists. Dusan Miletic posted a double-double of 19 points and 14 rebounds, Karel Guzman added 14 points and Iverson Molinar got 13 for Cluj, which trailed most of the way. Issuf Sanon led Slask with 17 points. Noah Kirkwood and Stefan Djordjevic each added 16 while Ajdin Penava got 13 for the visitors.

It all came down to the final seconds, in which Kirkwood missed free throws with the game tied at 92-92 before Miletic's put-back dunk fixed the final score with 1.5 seconds left. Kuba Niziol missed a corner three-point shot at the buzzer.

Panionios controlled the early momentum, scoring effectively in the paint in the first quarter, but Bourg responded with a 15-0 run late in the second quarter to tie the score at halftime, 36-36. In the second half, Bourg led with efficient three-point shooting, but Panionios remained close until the final possession.

Both Gach led Bourg with 22 points and 6 rebounds, while Darius McGhee added 11 points, 4 rebounds and 7 assists. Adam Mokoka contributed 12 points, and Kevin Kokila added 7 points and 10 rebounds. For Panionios, Jackson Kreuser scored 16 points with 5 rebounds, Matt Lewis added 14 points, Nate Watson finished with 12 points and 5 rebounds, while Stedmon Lemon contributed 12 points and Georgios Tsalmpouris added 11 points and 4 assists.

Buducnost grabbed a crucial victory in the battle for the fight for a top-two spot in Group B by beating Turk Telekom for the first time in history, while while also grabbing the tiebreaker between them. In a battle of teams knotted in the standings, the game was tight throughout with no team leading by more than 5 points in the first 33 minutes. The hosts managed to build a 9-point lead with 3+ minutes to go with Yogi Ferrell scoring 8 straight points in the final 4 minutes. Buducnost had lost its first six games against the Turkish team but now holds the tiebreaker after Turk Telekom won the Round 3 game in Türkiye 79-72.   

Rasheed Sulaimon scored a season-high 25 points with 5 three-pointers, Nikola Tanaskovic totaled 17 points and 13 rebounds and Ferrell finished with 16 points for Buducnost, which is now 8-4 including a 5-1 mark at home. Turk Telekom fell to 7-5 in snapping its five-game road winning streak. Jaleen Smith drained 6 three-pointers for 18 points and Kyle Allmann added 17 points in the defeat.

Jerusalem used a dominant third quarter to pull away for good en route to a 105-69 victory over Manresa on Tuesday at Pais Arena in the Israeli capital. Jerusalem avenged a loss to Manresa when they met earlier this season in Spain to win its ninth straight game and improve to 10-2 atop Group A. The result dropped Manresa to 6-6 and ended its three-game winning streak.

Manresa led 45-49 at halftime, but Yovel Zoosman scored 6 in a 13-0 run that put Jerusalem in control, 63-53. The hosts outscored Manresa 27-8 in the third quarter and continued to pour it on in the fourth.

Cassius Winston led six Jerusalem scorers in double figures with 20 points. Justin Smith and Khadeen Carrington added 15 points apiece, Jared Harper tallied 14 points and 6 assists, Zoosman also finished with 14 and Austin Wiley paired 13 points with 10 rebounds for the winners. Pierre Oriola paced Manresa with 14 points and Alex Reyes scored 13.

Umoja Gibson tallied 14 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists and DJ Stewart added 11. Cedevita absolutely dominated on the glass, logging 46 total rebounds to Aris’s 26.

The result improves Cedevita’s record to 8-4, snapping a two-game losing streak and putting it level in second with next week’s EuroCup opponents – Bahcesehir College Istanbul. Aris fell to 6-6 with the loss an will be forced to regroup before next Tuesday’s meeting with BAXI Manresa.

A career night by DeVante’ Jones helped Trento secure an 85-73 win over the London Lions, which marks the first time the Italian side has beat England’s capital club after three defeats in this matchup. However, London’s 16-point victory against Trento back in Round 3 means it has the head-to-head advantage between these two clubs. After being outscored 13-18 in the first quarter on Tuesday night, the Jones-led Trento fought back to win the remaining three quarters, while it outscored London 48-35 after the halftime interval. This triumph, Trento’s fourth on the spin, moved the team to 7-5 in Group B. London dropped to 5-7.

Jones finished the night with a career-high 33 points. Those are the most by any Trento player in this campaign and the second most by a Trento player all-time, only trailing the 37 points Alessandro Gentile poured in against Asseco Arka Gdynia in 2019-20. DJ Steward matched his career high with 18 points, while Matas Jogela added 10 points. London’s Shavar Reynolds led the way for the visitors with 22 points, followed by Deane Williams with 14.

Chemnitz secured an impressive 97-95 home win over Besiktas at MESSE Chemnitz, improving to 6-6 in Group B while Besiktas dropped to 8-4. Chemnitz controlled most of the game, but Besiktas mounted a strong response in the fourth quarter, erasing a 14-point deficit to tie the score at 95-95. In the final moments, Amadou Sow proved decisive, scoring with 32 seconds remaining to give Chemnitz the lead and seal the win.

Chemnitz was led by Sow, who posted a career-high 27 points and 4 rebounds. Nike Sibande added 13 points, Kevin Yebo contributed 11 points and 4 assists, while Ty Brewer chipped in 10 points. For Besiktas, Ante Zizic posted 23 points and 10 rebounds, Jonah Mathews added 20 points, and Vitto Brown finished with 20 points and 8 rebounds.

From prospect to leader: Tobias Jensen’s Journey at ratiopharm ulm 

[Tobias Jensen](https://www.euroleaguebasketball.net/en/eurocup/players/tobias-jensen/010726/) is just 21, but at [ratiopharm Ulm](https://www.euroleaguebasketball.net/en/eurocup/teams/ratiopharm-ulm/ulm/), he’s already the voice of experience. The Danish point guard arrived at the Orange Campus as a 16-year-old in 2020. Six seasons later, he’s not only a fixture in the lineup but a leader on and off the court.

This year marks Jensen’s breakout. After averaging 2.6 points, 1.0 rebound, and 1.0 assist across his first 36 EuroCup games, he’s now producing 11.7 points, 4.8 assists, 3.8 rebounds, and 1.5 steals in nearly 30 minutes per game—while hitting 42.3% from three-point range. For a player once seen as a long-term project, the leap has been dramatic.

The transformation began last spring and accelerated in February, when injuries opened the door and Jensen seized the moment. “I started every game and kept performing,” he said. “From then on, I was playing a lot and just needed to get more comfortable on the court.”

Jensen’s rise coincided with the FIBA EuroBasket 2025 Qualifiers, where he starred for Denmark during the national team window. In two games, he totaled 24 points, 3 rebounds, and 4 assists in 50 minutes — a confidence boost that carried into Ulm’s season.

“We had the February national team window, where I played and performed (well). And then when I got back after that window, I started every game and I kept performing,” Jensen said. “From then on, I was playing a lot and I just needed to get more comfortable on the court, which also showed in the box scores as I started scoring a lot more.”

By the German League Finals against FC Bayern Munich, Jensen was one of Ulm’s best players, averaging 9.8 points on 60% three-point shooting, 4.8 rebounds, and 2.4 assists in nearly 30 minutes per game during the five-game series.

“Now to be able to be involved in the game and have a voice or having to do something is very nice.”


### From young gun to locker room leader

Jensen debuted for Ulm’s pro team on November 20, 2022, but his role has evolved dramatically. “I've been here for many years and worked my way up from the youth teams to the first team,” he said. “In the beginning, I was just one of the young guys. I didn't play much. And now to be able to be involved in the game and have a voice or having to do something is very nice.”

He won’t turn 22 until May, yet Jensen is now one of Ulm’s longest-serving players. With veteran Tommy Klepeisz and only two other returnees — Nelson Weidemann and Alec Anigbata — Jensen has embraced a leadership role.

“It was something I had to get used to,” he admitted. “In the beginning, I was always used to other people on the team who could explain concepts to a new person. Now I have that job. I have to help my teammates with stuff they don't know, or tell them if they're doing something wrong. That’s definitely been a change.”

### Family ties and offseason growth

Ulm’s philosophy of giving young talent a platform has shaped Jensen’s journey. From Killian Hayes to Juan Núñez, the club has consistently trusted teenagers with big roles. “It helps you in the way that you’re not the only young guy trying to figure everything out,” Jensen said. “There are other players my age, other players who are not that experienced. So it helps me in the way that there are other people I can talk with about stuff outside of practice.”

After last season, Jensen returned to Denmark for the FIBA World Cup 2027 European Pre-Qualifiers and spent the summer training with his father, Jens Jensen, a Danish basketball legend who won 10 league titles and played 58 games for the national team.

“We worked a lot on me creating stuff for myself with the ball,” Tobias said. “Either the mid-range jump shot, creating a shot for myself, or different finishes around the rim.”

Growing up, Jens was both coach and dad — a dynamic Tobias remembers well. “He was always the ‘dad coach’, and it wasn’t easy going between ‘Okay, now we’re at practice, now he’s the coach; now we’re at home, now he’s the dad,’” Jensen recalled.

With his contract expiring last season, Jensen drew interest from other German clubs — especially since he counts as a domestic player. But he chose to stay. “Out of those teams, Ulm was by far the best option in terms of the facilities, but also because they play EuroCup and have a good history with young players improving in their program. So that was not really a no-brainer,” he said.

And so, Tobias Jensen remains Ulm’s steady hand — a veteran at 21, guiding a new generation while writing his own next chapter.

Besiktas is having a great season, with a 13-0 record in the Turkish League and an 8-4 mark in the EuroCup. One of the four teams that has defeated them in Europe is now Chemnitz after a game packed with drama in Germany.

The hero of the German team's victory was Malian center Amadou Sow, who finished the game against Dusan Alimpijevic's team with 27 points (8/13 for two, 2/4 for three, 5/5 free throws) and 4 rebounds.
