Big man will be playing on loan in the 2025-26 season
Panionios brings center Nate Watson

Panionios Athens announced on Monday an addition of center Nate Watson who arrives for the upcoming season on loan from the Spanish side Casademont Zaragoza.
Watson (2.08 meters, 26 years old) started last season in Greece with Karditsa, posting 14.9 points and 7.1 rebounds and 1.2 blocks, while making 67.4% on this two-pointers. He moved to Zaragoza mid-season, but in a much limited tole averaged 6.8 points and 2.1 rebounds.
Watson now returns to Greece, where he will make his BKT EuroCup debut, and have a stint with a fifth different team in his fourth professional season. A graduate of Providence College, Watson started his pro career in the Czech Republic with Nymburk, and also played with FMP Zeleznik in Serbia in the 2023–2024 campaign.
