Umana Reyer Venice has officially confirmed the signing of Kyle Wiltjer, who returns to the BKT EuroCup after four seasons away. Wiltjer (2.08 meters, 30 years old) last played for the Zhejiang Lions in China, averaging 16.4 points, 5.9 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 1.1 steals across 48 Chinese League fixtures in the 2022-23 season.

The American's last and only experience in the EuroCup came in the 2018-19 campaign, when he posted 10.3 points, 3.4 rebounds and 1.3 assists in 19 appearances for Unicaja Malaga. He also played in the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague in 2017-18 for Olympiacos Piraeus, averaging 4.5 points and 1.4 rebounds in a backup role across 24 games.
Wiltjer, who became a Basketball Champions League champion in the 2021-22 season with Lenovo Tenerife, split the 2016-17 campaign with the Houston Rockets and its G League affiliate, the Rio Grande Valley Vipers, before playing for Olympiacos (2017-18), Unicaja (2018-19), Turk Telekom Ankara (2019-21), Tenerife (2021-22) and Zhejiang (2022-23).
