Makoundou (2.07 meters, 23 years old) averaged 11.0 points and 4.6 rebounds in 17 EuroCup games for Buducnost last season, having spent the campaign there on loan from Turkish Airlines EuroLeague side AS Monaco.
The French power forward took a big step forward in his career last year with Buducnost, having made a positive impact in limited game time for Monaco in the 2022-23 EuroLeague season.
Now, Makoundou will be looking to build on his 2023-24 performances as head coach Erdem Can hopes to lead Turk Telekom to the EuroLeague.
