He will feature in the EuroCup for the first time next season
Wolves add depth with hometown forward Daniel Baslyk
Wolves Twinsbet Vilnius have announced the signing of small forward Daniel Baslyk on a one-year deal. Baslyk (1.98 meters, 23 years old) arrives from a fellow Lithuanian League side Siauliai, where he averaged 7.5 points and 2.6 rebounds in Lithuanian League action.
Baslyk has spent the last four years with Siauliai, the club he joined in 2020 after one season in Germany with Weissenfels in the top flight and lower-division teams Mitteldeutsche Basketball Academy and Sandersdorf.
That was his only season outside his native country. He came through Vilniaus KM's youth system and also suited up for Rytas Vilnius at the ANGT in 2019. Baslyk also played a season with Ereliai Mazeikiai in Lithuania's second division. He is now set to make his BKT EuroCup debut.
