Wolves Vilnius has added BKT EuroCup experience to its backcourt by signing combo guard Rasheed Sulaimon for next season. Sulaimon (1.94 meters, 29 years old) arrives from Konyaspor of Turkey, where he averaged 18.0 points, 5.2 assists and 4.7 rebounds in 23 Turkish League games last season. One year earlier, with Mincidelice JL Bourg en Bresse, he put up 13.5 points, 3.2 rebounds and 3.2 assists on average over 18 games of what is his singular EuroCup season to date.

Sulaimon began his pro career with Greenboro of the NBA G-League before playing for Dijon and Levallois in France between 2017 and 2020. He spent the next season with Zaragoza in Spain before returning to France with Bourge and then making his Turkish debut last season. He becomes the fourth new signing of the summer for Wolves – after frontcourt additions Djordje Gagic, Christian Mekowulu and Treshawn Thurman – as the club from Vilnius prepares to make its EuroCup debut.
