FC Barcelona center Jan Vesely is set to miss the remainder of the regular season due to a knee injury that should keep him sidelined for the next eight to 10 weeks.
Vesely (2.13 meters, 34 years old) has been dealing with an osteochondral injury in his right knee, and it has been decided that he will opt for conservative treatment.
Vesely has averaged 9.4 points, 3.9 rebounds and a PIR of 12.1 in 21 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague games so far this season. He was chosen as the 2018-19 EuroLeague MVP and is a three-time All-EuroLeague First Team selection.
