Crvena Zvezda mts Belgrade has completed the signing of Hassan Martin, the club announced on Saturday. Martin (2.01 meters, 26 years old) arrives from Olympiacos Piraeus, where he has spent the last two years. He averaged 5.5 points and 3.0 rebounds on 64.4% shooting from two-point range in the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague last season, as he came off the bench in all 31 of his appearances. Martin was part of the Olympiacos team that won the Greek League and the Greek Cup last season.

After graduating from the University of Rhode Island, Martin made his professional debut in Japan with Ryukyu Golden Kings in the 2017-18 season. His second stop was at medi Bayreuth in Germany before he joined Buducnost VOLI Podgorica of Montenegro, playing in the 2019-20 7DAYS EuroCup and ranking fifth in PIR average (19.4), first in blocks (1.67 bpg.) and fourth in rebounds (8.0 rpg.).
