Domestic Cups: Maccabi wins Israeli Cup; Partizan, Olympiacos book semifinal spots

Israel: Maccabi is the champion!
Maccabi Playtika Tel Aviv has got its hands on the Israeli Cup for the first time since 2021 after beating Hapoel Bank Yahav Jerusalem 87-72 in the final on Thursday night. Oded Kattash's men outscored Jerusalem in the first three quarters (20-15, 16-15, 30-14) to take a 66-44 lead into the final frame. Despite Jerusalem winning the fourth period 21-28, it wasn't enough as Maccabi secured a well-earned win.
Maccabi's Rokas Jokubaitis starred with 20 points and 8 assists, Levi Randolph netted 19 points against his former team, and Jasiel Rivero paired 13 points with 8 rebounds. Jerusalem's Jared Harper had 23 points in defeat.
Serbia: Partizan reaches the last four
Looking to win its first Serbian Cup since 2020, Partizan Mozzart Bet Belgrade moved one step closer to its goal by advancing to the semifinals with an 85-69 semifinal win over Vojvodina on Thursday night. Partizan netted 26 points in the fourth quarter against Vojvodina to put the win on ice with minutes to spare.
Zeljko Obradovic's squad erupted for 27 points in the first period to hold a 27-19 lead at the end of the frame, but a defensive battle ensued in the second as both teams scored 10 points, making it 37-29 at halftime. Vojvodina came out of the break with a point to prove and netted 28 points to Partizan's 22 to set up a fascinating fourth quarter, with the score 59-57 in Partizan's favor. However, Partizan put its foot on the gas, outscoring Vojvodina 26-12 to come away with an 85-69 victory.
Carlik Jones impressed for Partizan with 24 points and 7 assists, as did Tyrique Jones with 21 points and 5 rebounds. The other player to net in double figures was Duane Washington with 14 points, while Sterling Brown and Balsa Koprivica added 9 and 7 points, respectively.
Greece: Olympiacos locks up semifinal place
Olympiacos Piraeus finds itself in the semifinals of the Greek Cup after beating Karditsas 71-54 on Thursday night. The Reds topped Karditsas in all four quarters (21-14, 14-13, 18-15, 18-12), but they nevertheless found it difficult to pull away, having taken an 11-point advantage (53-42) into the fourth period.
Sasha Vezenkov was Olympiacos's top scorer with 19 points and Alec Peters wasn't far behind with 15, while Nikola Milutinov finished with 8 points and 12 rebounds.
Spain: Barcelona is eliminated!
FC Barcelona is out at the quarterfinal stage of the Spanish Cup after losing 91-86 against Tenerife. Joan Penarroya's team led 66-73 after 30 minutes, but they were held to just 13 fourth-quarter points as Tenerife completed its comeback attempt. A bad night for Barcelona was compounded by an injury to Kevin Punter early in the third quarter, with Penarroya telling Movistar after the game that it is "bad news" in relation to his condition.
Tomas Satoransky finished with 17 points for Barcelona, while Jabari Parker scored 11. Joel Parra and Chimezie Metu netted 9 points apiece, and Juan Nunez contributed 8 points. Punter had 7 points when he suffered a left shoulder injury.
