Nico Laprovittola, Mike Tobey and Nikola Kalinic combined to score 33 of FC Barcelona’s 42 second-half points against Fenerbahce Beko Istanbul, as it came away with a 81-79 win to defeat the last undefeated team in the 2022-23 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Regular Season. Kalinic tallied 12 points and 2 key three-pointers after the break, while Laprovittola had 11 second-half points and Tobey chipped in with 10 in the last 20 minutes.
Their relationship on the court was especially rewarding for Barca in the third quarter, when these three players combined for the hosts’ first 21 points after the break to open up a 60-42 advantage. Tobey had 8 points in 4 minutes in the third period, as the game began to slip away from Fenerbahce's grasp.
