Marius Grigonis is in for a homecoming. The CSKA shooting guard returns to his hometown and the club where he grew up. Grigonis made his EuroLeague debut with Zalgiris in 2018 and last season was the team's top scorer.

One of the players Grigonis will go head-to-head against on Friday is Zalgiris sharpshooter Janis Strelnieks, who arrived in Kaunas this summer after spending the past two seasons with CSKA. Strelnieks is Zalgiris's top scorer so far this season with 9.0 points per game and this game will provide him with a bit extra of extra motivation to perform well against the guys he went to battle with the past two years.
