Zalgiris Kaunas sharpshooter Arturas Milaknis and Olympiacos Piraeus swingman Shaquielle McKissic are two of the best sixth men in the league and will have big roles when their teams meet on Tuesday.
Major matchup: Milaknis, Zalgiris, vs. McKissic, Olympiacos
Milaknis is eighth on the career charts with 452 three-pointers made and his 42.7% shooting percentage is the highest among the 18 players in competition history with at least 350 triples made. Most of his 7.1 points per game this season have come from behind the arc, too. Milaknis lives in symbiosis with the big men as they create room for each other to operate and the better his shoots on Tuesday, the better Zalgiris’s chances to win.

McKissic is in his third EuroLeague season, all of which have come with the Reds. He has been worth 6.2 points and 1.4 assists per game, but his real value comes in the energy he brings off the bench. McKissic is a strong defender, an excellent finisher on the fastbreak and is fearless at taking the ball to the rim. After failing to make any of his six field-goal attempts in Olympiacos’s loss in Berlin on Thursday, he will be hungry to leave his mark in Kaunas.
