Prior to his time in Bayern, Jaramaz played two and a half seasons with Partizan, where he was one of the team leaders and helped the side capture back-to-back Serbian Cups. He also appeared in 26 BKT EuroCup games with Partizan, posting 9.2 points, 2.7 assists and 2.1 rebounds over that span.
Jaramaz is a product of the Partizan youth system but moved to Mega Belgrade, where he made his professional debut in 2013. He also played half of a season with Burgos in Spain. At youth level, Jaramaz was a member of Serbia's gold-medal winning team at the 2015 U20 European Championship and also won a bronze at the same tournament a year earlier. He is now a member of the Serbian national team.
