Anadolu Efes Istanbul did not find much trouble against EA7 Emporio Armani Milan on Tuesday night, winning 51-80 at Mediolanum Forum. There were plenty of positives for Efes to take from this game, and the performance of Tibor Pleiss was one of them.
Pleiss, a back-to-back Turkish Airlines EuroLeague champion with Efes, had seen his playing time drop this season, and he was coming off a scoreless performance against FC Barcelona in which he had less than 7 minutes on the court. At Milan, however, Pleiss was on the floor for the majority of the game – 27 minutes and 32 seconds, to be exact – and he helped Efes in many different ways on both ends of the floor.
