Just a few days after extending his contract with FC Barcelona until the end of the season, Dante Exum made good on that decision with an individual performance in a home win against AS Monaco that earned him the MVP honor for Round 28.

Having played just 12 EuroLeague games in his career, it comes as no surprise that his performance included several personal bests for Exum, including a performance index rating of 31, the highest of all Turkish Airlines EuroLeague players in Round 28. Other new highs for Exum were 22 points and 30 minutes played. His performance was completed with 5 rebounds, 2 assists and 6 fouls drawn.
Augustine Rubit of FC Bayern Munich followed with a PIR of 27 in an 88-98 losing effort against Olympiacos Piraeus. Rubit had 18 points, 5 rebounds, 2 assists, 2 steals and 4 fouls drawn. Josh Nebo of Zalgiris Kaunas amassed a PIR of 26 in his team’s road loss against ALBA Berlin. Nebo finished the game with 12 points, 8 rebounds, 2 assists, 2 steals and 5 fouls drawn.
