The 32-year-old joined Virtus in May 2025 and was part of the team that won the Italian League championship last season.

The guard spent first part of the season with Virtus

Dolomiti Energia Trento scraped an 88-87 home win over Panionios Cosmorama Travel Athens to stay firmly in contention for a EuroCup postseason spot, improving to 8-6 in Group B while the Greek side dropped to 2-12 and remained rock bottom in Group B.

It was a game of two very different halves as Trento steamrolled through the first and led 49-30 shortly before the interval, only for Panionios to turn the matchup on its head in the second. Trailing 51-37 at halftime, the visitors led 64-69 at the end of the third quarter and maintained a 76-81 advantage with just a few minutes left on the clock.

Trento then found an extra gear to force the final twist and win by the skin of its teeth, with Khalif Battle emerging as the hero after he sank a tough buzzer-beating floater and was presented a bottle of champagne postgame for his efforts. The home side survived an almighty scare, however, as Panionios put its game face on in the second half and shot the lights out to finish on 11-of-25 from deep, having made only 1-of-7 in the first quarter.

Joe Thomasson, who joined the club less than a fortnight ago, was particularly lethal from mid-range and downtown, coming close to handing new coach Nenad Markovic a second successive win after Panionios had lost 10 in a row. 

“I didn’t expect to win like this, but a win is a win and I am very happy that we continued our (progress) in the EuroCup,” Trento head coach Massimo Cancellieri said in his postgame comments. “At this point, with four games to go in the regular season, the important thing is to get the victory and that’s what we did. We threw away a big lead, but we stayed calm and poised, and it’s important for us to have won the game with the last shot. We were lucky this time.”

DJ Steward paced Trento with 16 points, despite shooting just 2-of-11 from inside, and Devante Jones overcame illness to rack up 11 points and 8 assists. His incisive drives to the basket made him a constant threat to the Panionios defense. Jordan Bayehe chipped in with 15 points and 6 boards for Trento, which next faces Lietkabelis Panevezys in a bid to strengthen its grasp on a postseason spot, with the Italian side currently in fifth place in Group B.

Delighted with Trento snatching victory from the jaws of what could have been a damaging defeat, Jones heaped praise on his teammates and particularly on Battle. 

“We’ve got players like Khalif and DJ on our team and I’ve got so much faith in those guys,” he said. “Having Khalif here is a big blessing. The team did great, everybody did great and it’s a very important win for us. The next game is probably even more important, so we’ve got to be ready.”

Panionios head coach Nenad Markovic, who joined the Greek side on December 30, could only rue a missed opportunity to defy the odds and stage an upset, although he praised his team’s second-half effort, which had Trento reeling and hanging on for a fifth win in the last six games.

“That’s basketball. In the second half, we had the attitude we should have had from the beginning,” the Bosnian tactician said. “We played much better defense and controlled the rebounds; we found plenty of open shots, too. We fought hard and took the game to the last possession and in the end, they made that shot. Congratulations to them.”

Cedevita cruises past Neptunas for comfortable road win

Cedevita Olimpija Ljubljana claimed a comfortable road win at Neptunas Klaipeda on Tuesday night, improving to 9-5 in Group A to remain third in the standings.

Coming off last week's defeat, Cedevita played with a composed and balanced display away from home. The Slovenian side set the tone early, quickly building a double-digit lead. While Neptunas pushed back in the second quarter, Cedevita’s offensive efficiency proved decisive.

David Skara was a steady force for Cedevita, finishing with 16 points and 8 rebounds while shooting 85.7% from the paint. The Croatian center’s strong inside presence gave his team a physical edge over Neptunas.

‘‘For sure, we didn't expect to finish the game in the first quarter. We started well, we knew they were going to wake up, eventually they were gonna come back in the game. But as I said, we didn't let our aggressiveness go down and we stayed solid the whole game,’’ said Skara after the game.

Cedevita made the most of its depth, spreading the scoring across multiple players to keep the offense moving, with five players reaching double figures.

Umoja Gibson was another key contributor, hitting half of the team’s 8 three-pointers and finishing with 25 points and 4 assists, while DJ Stewart added 18, Jaka Blazic 16, and Aleksej Nikolic 12.

Cedevita’s inside scoring set the tone, with efficient ball movement creating easy opportunities in the paint. The visitors finished with 104 points, well above their 86.2 season average, and dominated the boards to take control of the game physically.

‘‘I think we started the game really focused,’’ said coach Zvezdan Mitrovic after the game. ‘‘I think it was not bad in the first quarter. After, Neptunas grabbed the game and started to play their way. But in the second half, after some problems in the third quarter, we opened our game, even in offense we started to play good… Very important game for us and we are really happy about all this.’’

Neptunas struggled to maintain its aggressiveness inside and connected on just 6 of 22 from beyond the arc. Zane Waterman led the second-quarter surge with 15 points, while Donatas Tarolis added 13, but their efforts weren’t enough to turn the game in the home side’s favor.

Russell, Creek combine for 43 as Cluj hammers Hamburg

“We just needed to win the game, it didn’t matter by how many points, as long as we got the job done,” said Daron "Fatts" Russell, after he inspired his team to an 11-point victory over Veolia Hamburg Towers on Tuesday night.

The American guard played the starring role in a 103-92 victory over the visiting German squad at BT Arena. Controlling the pace for the majority of the contest, the hosts earned a win that moved them to 8-6 for their EuroCup campaign and strengthened their hopes for postseason basketball.

“Now, we need to build momentum moving forward, get a couple of wins on the road, that will be good for us,” Russell shared.

Coach Mihai Silvasan’s men will have their chance to grab one of those precious road wins as early as next Tuesday, when they travel to face Cedevita Olimpija Ljubljana in a clash that could have a major impact on playoff seeding.

"The goal was the victory,” said Silvasan. “We wanted to come back home, play a solid game, and win. It wasn’t perfect, but we take the win, we scored 103 points, and we move forward.”

Cluj leaned on its high-scoring duo in Russell and Mitchell Creek. The former ran the show, adding 5 boards and 4 dishes to his impressive 23-point scoring display, while shooting at a clip of 8-of-16 from the field. Australian forward Creek also put up major numbers for the hosts, finishing the game with 20 points, 4 assists and 5 rebounds. Bolstering the offense further, Nighael Ceaser, Karel Guzman and Dusan Miletic also finished on double figures.

Zacharie Perrin stood out for Hamburg with 19 points and 13 boards for his third double-double of the campaign.

This one may hurt Benka Barloschky and his team, but Hamburg’s season has been solely about pride for a while now. The Towers fell to 0-14 for the season after the loss and with this being their final European road trip, they will remain winless on the road for the entire campaign. Having committed 10 more turnovers than Cluj, they have plenty to work on ahead of their four remaining home fixtures.

"I like the EuroCup and I also enjoy traveling to other European cities to play against the best teams on the continent. That’s why I’m a little sad that this is our last EuroCup trip of the season," Barloschky reflected.

“We had a very poor start in both halves, both at the beginning of the first and the second. At this level, especially away against a strong team, the margin for error is too small to compensate for such deficits. We managed to make the game closer at times, but then avoidable turnovers set us back again. That’s something we cannot accept and absolutely must improve. With cleaner ball control, we would have had a chance to make the game competitive.”

Both of these teams will compete next week, with Hamburg hosting Umana Reyer Venice on Wednesday, one night after Cluj’s trip to the Slovenian capital.

Manresa survives after blowing big lead at Bahcesehir, learns major lesson 

BAXI Manresa wasted a 17-point lead in the fourth quarter but still managed to pull out a major road victory over Bahcesehir College Istanbul to improve its chances in the fight for the playoffs.

Manresa saw its massive advantage disappear as the hosts hit a barrage of three-pointers to take the lead in the final minute, but Retin Obasohan’s three-pointer ended up securing a 92-96 win.

“It was a hard-fought battle. I want to give Bahcesehir a tremendous amount of credit because they competed and made it tough on us. But at the same time, I am proud of our guys. I am proud of the way we played for 40 minutes. We were able to make plays down the stretch,” said Obasohan, who led the way with 20 points.

“The win is very important, but more important is how we played. We played amazing the whole game. Even when Bahcesehir reacted and scored 5 three-pointers in the last 5 minutes, which was a great reaction. That is what we expected,” Manresa head coach Diego Ocampo said.

“I am proud of how we finished the game. Not only about the game. We were solid and kept calm and we knew how to close the game.”

Manresa improved to 8-6 in Group A, including five wins in the last six games, and the Spanish side has scored at least 93 points in six of its last seven games.

Besides Obasohan’s output, Ferran Bassas had 19 points, Alex Reyes scored 15 points and Agustin Ubal collected 14 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists in the win.

Obasohan said he was concerned about the team once again letting opposing teams back into the game.

“This is something that has been happening too much. That is something we need to improve and get better at. I am glad to get the win. It’s always nice to learn lessons when you get the win. But at the same time, we gotta keep improving,” he said.

After nine lead changes and six ties in the first quarter, Manresa buried 3 three-pointers in a 2-13 run to take a 32-43 lead. The cushion grew to 15 and the visitors were up 39-52 at the break.

Bahcesehir scored the first 4 points of the second half to bring the deficit to single figures, but Manresa kept playing its game. Ocampo’s team even extended the advantage to 17 points and led 55-72 after 30 minutes.

The hosts’ offense finally picked up in the final frame and Malachi Flynn buried 4 triples - including a four-point play - to put Bahcesehir up 92-90 with 49 seconds to go. Obasohan answered with a three-pointer at the other end and Manresa did not allow any other score to grab the win.

Bahcesehir dropped to 9-5 after having won three of the last four games. Flynn paced the hosts with 21 points, Trevion Williams had 20 points and 9 rebounds and Tyler Cavanaugh contributed 15 points and 7 rebounds.

Bahcesehir head coach Marko Barac was most worried about his team’s poor first half.

“We found a way to show some fight in the last quarter after some terrible energy in the first half. After some signs of willingness in the third quarter, we finally found our game in the fourth,” said the coach.

Barac also called into question his team’s character, especially as the Turkish side dreams of winning the EuroCup and reaching the EuroLeague.

“We want to get to the EuroLeague, but when we have the opportunity to play in that rhythm, we show that we are not there yet in terms of character. This is what makes me sad,” he said. “In the second half, I wanted to find five guys who can show their character and play defense and fight for this club. This is everything I need. We need to bounce back after this. We are still high enough in the standings to achieve our goals. And I’m 100 percent sure we will do it.”

Paulicap (2.03 meters, 28 years old) arrives from Promitheas Patras, where he averaged 6.6 points and 2.6 rebounds in the Greek League this season and 4.0 points and 5.3 rebounds in the BCL.

A native of New York, Paulicap brings an athletic and intimidating presence to the paint. This is his fourth season in Europe; he debuted in Cyprus in 2022 with Anorthosis Famagusta and then spent two seasons in Italy with Treviso. Paulicap also had a short spell in South Korea with Changwon LG Sakers last summer. He played at college basketball at Manhattan, DePaul, and West Virginia, where Paulicap was known for his shot-blocking and rebounding prowess.

[Besiktas GAIN Istanbul](https://www.euroleaguebasketball.net/en/eurocup/teams/besiktas-gain-istanbul/bes/) has announced the signing of [Sertac Sanli](https://www.euroleaguebasketball.net/eurocup/players/sertac-sanli/002968/), who has penned a contract for the remainder of the season.

Sanli (2.12 meters, 34 years old) spent the first half of the season with [Dubai Basketball](https://www.euroleaguebasketball.net/euroleague/teams/dubai-basketball/dub/), where he averaged 2.4 points and 1.0 rebound per game in a limited role across seven EuroLeague appearances.

In joining Besiktas, the Turkish big man returns to the club where he played between 2016 and 2018. That was his last stop before moving to Anadolu Efes Istanbul, where he became a EuroLeague champion in 2021. He then added a second EuroLeague title to his name with Fenerbahce Beko Istanbul in 2025.

Sanli brings a wealth of experience to Besiktas, as well as a winning mindset having been to six straight editions of the EuroLeague Final Four (Efes 2019, 2021; FC Barcelona 2022, 2023; Fenerbahce 2024, 2025). 

At Besiktas, he will provide competition for starting center [Ante Zizic](https://www.euroleaguebasketball.net/eurocup/players/ante-zizic/004554/), who is averaging 12.8 points, 7.8 rebounds and 1.0 assist per night in the EuroCup this season, and backup [Ismael Kamagate](https://www.euroleaguebasketball.net/eurocup/players/ismael-kamagate/011926/).

Having played 210 times in the EuroLeague for Galatasaray Istanbul (2011-12), Efes, Barcelona, Fenerbahce and Dubai, Sanli will compete in the EuroCup for the first time since the 2015-16 campaign, when he represented Trabzonspor. His only other experience in the EuroCup came with Galatasaray during the 2010-11 and 2012-13 seasons.

We expect a very tough game against a team that is extremely effective on its home court. We can’t seem to get fully healthy, but despite that we must show good defensive play, because our opponents are very high quality offensively, as they proved in Stožice, where they scored 34 points already in the first quarter. Tough defense and better, smarter offensive play – we will try to do everything in our power to put in a good performance."

Ricky Lindo, Bourg: ‘We’ve got to keep showing we’re number one’ 

[Ricky Lindo](https://www.euroleaguebasketball.net/en/eurocup/players/ricardo-lindo/013902/) has been a key contributor for Cosea JL Bourg-en-Bresse in his first BKT EuroCup season, helping the team secure a playoff berth with five games to spare. The big man has averaged 7.7 points, 4.1 rebounds and is seventh in the competition with 1.0 blocks per game. After stints in Finland and Israel, Lindo is thriving in France and embracing the challenge of competing against top teams across Europe. In this conversation with Javier Gancedo, Lindo reflects on Bourg’s success, his journey through European basketball, and the mindset needed to finish strong.

 

**Hello Ricky. Last week you beat Lietkabelis and qualified for the postseason with five games left. Lietkabelis came back, but you held on to your lead. How important was that win?**

"Thanks. Very important. We were able to just lock in on our defensive plan and our offensive plan. Coach really emphasized us passing the ball, not to keep it stagnant, and since he always likes to preach that we have the best defense in the EuroCup, he wanted to preach that we continue to show that even on the road against a very solid team like Lietkabelis. So that's really all we did, stayed locked in, stayed focused."

 

**This is your first EuroCup season after previous stops in Israel and Finland. How do you like playing against so many good teams all around Europe?**

"It's really great to play against good teams and especially more than once a week. So if you lose a game, you don't even have to worry about thinking about it, you just move on to the next game. I like that and it's great to be able to showcase my skills against good teams, not just in France, but all across Europe: Italy, London, Germany a few times... So it's great to play against good competition around Europe."

Ricky Lindo: Best of Rounds 1-13

**You were in Finland two years ago, playing against your current teammate Both Gach. Two years later, you are teammates on one of the best teams in the EuroCup.**

"We talk about that all the time. It's great because we battled against each other a few times in Finland, so I already knew how good he was as an offensive and defensive player, even before we even signed here and bonded together. He already knew how good of a player I was, so when we saw that we signed with the same team, it was immediately 'Okay, the team knows what they're doing and we're going to have a good season'."

 

**In Finland, his team beat your team in the playoffs. Does that give him bragging rights?**

"He doesn't talk about it too much, but he does have bragging rights, yeah."

 

**Bourg-en-Bresse is a basketball city. The club made it to the 2024 EuroCup Finals. What is it like to play in a town that breathes basketball?**

"It's great! It is a small town, which means everybody knows you. Everybody is a fan. Everybody wants you to succeed. Everybody wants to see you happy. It's great to focus on basketball, there are no outside distractions other than basketball at all, so it's just great. And I guess you guys can see it because we've won a lot of games here in EuroCup and also in France. We lost \[on Saturday\] night \[in the French League against Strasbourg\], but there are still a lot more games to be played."

**And the best one might be against Besiktas, which is second in the group and beat you by 30 points in Istanbul. A win would probably make you the group winners. How much are you looking forward to the game?**

"I'm really looking forward to the game, especially since the last time we played Besiktas, like you said, we lost to them at their place by a lot. So not even about the standings or anything, but just to get our pride back, just to make sure they know we are not going to let them steamroll over. Those losses like that, we always just put them in the back of our mind. We don't forget what we learned from them, and then we just try to do better the next time."

 

**I wanted to ask you about Coach Fauthoux, who took Bourg to the EuroCup Finals in 2024. How is it play for him, knowing that he was an elite player for many years?**

"It's great to know that he knows what it's like to play, what it's like to be a player, because he knows what it's like to have a long training schedule, road games every other week. So he knows what it's like on the body. Also for him to be the coach of the national team is also really good to know, because he coaches a lot of really good French players. Wemby \[Victor Wembanyama\], Elie Okobo, Alex Sarr, Zaccahrie Risacher and players like that. So it's good to know that he has coached good players like that before. That means I get to learn a lot from him, too."

“Playing in Finland was great for my career. I was able to showcase a lot more of my offensive ability than I ever have before.”

**How difficult was it to make the decision to start your professional career in Finland? After you finished your college career at George Washington, what opportunities did you have?**

"Playing in Finland was great for my career. I was able to showcase a lot more of my offensive ability than I ever have before, even in college. So that was great to put some film out there, put some stats out there, and then to be able to move up into the Israeli league, which is really respected. A lot of former NBA guys were there. Two EuroLeague teams are there now, and then a bunch of BCL and EuroCup teams are there. So you know you are going to play against good competition every other week. It's just good to know that I was able to keep stepping up. And then now, obviously, here in Bourg, one of the best EuroCup teams, it's good to know that I keep leveling up and hopefully keep doing that even for next year as well."

 

**The EuroCup must be big in Bourg after the 2024 Finals. How much of a star are you in Bourg?**

"I do get stopped sometimes at the grocery store. Some kids like to take pictures. I'm walking around and they just take pictures and ask for autographs. So I get stopped every once in a while, but not all the time. Also, the club is great. They are very professional. They know what they are doing."

 

**Bourg is 11-2 and it is now legit to dream big. What will be important for the team in these last five regular-season games and the start of the playoffs?**

"What's really important is that we keep the mindset of being a top team. We’ve got to keep showing these teams that we are number one for a reason. Even if there are five games left, we've got to make sure we don't lose focus and keep the good momentum towards the playoffs. Everybody is excited, but we are still focused."

Fantasy tips: Under-the-radar picks for Round 14

Another week, another round closer to the end of the BKT EuroCup Regular Season. The best teams in the competition are getting in the best shape possible to finish the round-robin stage soon, which means a lot can happen in the EuroCup Fantasy Challenge, too. As always, I am not going to suggest the biggest names in the competition (if you don't own [Jared Harper](https://www.euroleaguebasketball.net/en/eurocup/players/jared-harper/011970/) of Hapoel Midtown Jerusalem, you possibly should), but rather those who might give you an opportunity to surprise your opponents and climb spots in private leagues and in the overall standings. Here are five players I like for Round 14. 

Kevin Kokila, Nikola Tanaskovic, Joe Thomasson, Ross Willliams and RJ Cole are featured in this week's article. 

EuroCup Fantasy tips: Round 14

### RJ Cole, Umana Reyer Venice (12.4 credits) 

Reyer has been on a roll lately and it is only logical that I have recommended some of its players lately. [R.J. Cole](https://www.euroleaguebasketball.net/en/eurocup/players/rj-cole/013929/) is making things happen at point guard; He’s averaged 14.5 points, 6.0 rebounds and 4.5 assists for a PIR of 20.0 in his last two games. A high-scoring game is expected against Slask, so it is great timing to bring Cole aboard. 

### Nikola Tanaskovic, Buducnost VOLI Podgorica (10.6 credits)

[Nikola Tanaskovic](https://www.euroleaguebasketball.net/en/eurocup/players/nikola-tanaskovic/005637/) is another big man who has been on fire recently. He’s had PIRs of at least 21 four times in the last six games. Playing over 32 minutes in each of the last two showdowns, Tanaskovic averaged 17.0 points and 9.0 rebounds for a PIR of 22.5, while making 14 of his 18 two-point shots. Buy him before it is too late! 

Kevin Kokila has averaged 11.7 points and 7.3 rebounds over his last three games

### Kevin Kokila, Cosea JL Bourg en Bresse (10.2 credits)

Bourg has already qualified for the playoffs and hosts Besiktas, the second-ranked team in Group B. [Kevin Kokila](https://www.euroleaguebasketball.net/en/eurocup/players/kevin-kokila/011837/) is on a mission to stop star center Ante Zizic and this important game could not have a better timing. Over the last three games, Kokila has averaged 11.7 points, 7.3 rebounds and 1.7 blocks for a PIR of 21.0.

### Ross Williams, Veolia Towers Hamburg (10.0 credits)

Hamburg may be mathematically out of the playoff race, but it keeps fighting for its first victory after 13 consecutive losses. It visits Cluj, one of the toughest places to play. [Ross Williams](https://www.euroleaguebasketball.net/en/eurocup/players/ross-williams/014194/) has given Hamburg a spark lately, and comes off a monster game against Neptunas: 32 points and 5 rebounds for a PIR of 34.

### Joe Thomasson, Panionios Cosmorama Travel Athens (7.5 credits)

He may be the biggest steal in the game right now. [Joe Thomasson](https://www.euroleaguebasketball.net/en/eurocup/players/joe-thomasson/012095/) is an experienced player who already showed his credentials in his first EuroCup game with Panionios: 16 points, 4 rebounds, 6 assists, 1 steal and 1 block for a PIR of 29. All for just 7.5 credits! Thomasson is definitely worth the gamble.

Manresa suffered a massive collapse but managed to survive and beat second placed Bahcesehir College Istanbul 92-96 on the road to continue its strong run of results. Manresa led by 17 points after three quarters but watched Bahcesehir take the lead the lead in the final minute. Retin Obasohan’s basket saved the day, and Manresa improved to 8-6 in Group A - including five wins in its last six games.

The Spanish side has scored at least 93 points in six of its last seven games, being led by Obasohan with 20 points, Ferran Bassas had 19 points and Agustin Ubal collected 14 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Bahcesehir dropped to 9-5 after having won three of its last four games. Malachi Flynn paced the hosts with 21 points, Trevion Williams had 20 points and 9 rebounds and Tyler Cavanaugh contributed 15 points and 7 rebounds.

Cedevita Olimpija secured a comfortable 85-104 road win over Neptunas at Klaipeda's Svyturio Arena on Tuesday night, improving to 9-5 in Group A, while Neptunas dropped to 6-8. Cedevita controlled the opening quarter, building an early lead of up to 15 points. Neptunas answered in the second quarter, outscoring the visitors 25-23 behind Zane Waterman to cut into the deficit. From the third quarter on, Cedevita took control inside, extending the margin to 13. A strong fourth quarter, in which the visitors stretched the lead to as many as 22 points, allowed Cedevita to close out the game.

Umoja Gibson led the way for the winners with 25 points and 4 assists. DJ Stewart added 18 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists, David Skara finished with 16 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists, Jaka Blazic posted 16 points and 7 rebounds, and Aleksej Nikolic scored 12 points. For Neptunas, Zane Waterman recorded 15 points and 7 rebounds, Donatas Tarolis added 13 points and 6 rebounds, Arnas Velicka contributed 12 points and 4 assists, and Egidijus Mockevicius tallied with 10 points and 5 rebounds.

Club comfortably bested Hamburg on Tuesday night at the BT Arena, 103-92. Controlling the pace of play for the majority of the contest, the Romanian champs earned the 11-point victory. The result means that Hamburg will finish winless on the road in EuroCup and return home with a 0-14 record, where it will play out its final four games. On the other hand, fourth-placed Cluj moves to 8-6 for the season, as it continues to jostle for playoff placement.

Daron Russell ran the show for Mihai Silvasan’s men, adding 5 boards and 4 dishes to his impressive 23-point scoring display, while shooting at a clip of 8-16 from the field. Mitchell Creek also put up major numbers for the hosts, finishing the game with 20 points, 4 assists and 5 rebounds. Bolstering the offense further, Nighael Ceaser, Karel Guzman and Dusan Miletic also finished on double figures.

Trento snatched victory from the jaws of defeat after Khalif Battle sank a buzzer-beating floater to delight the home fans. The win saw the hosts improve to 8-6 in Group B while the Greek side dropped to 2-12, having wiped out a 19-point deficit and coming agonizingly close to staging an upset. 

Trento cruised through the opening half as the Italian team dominated the boards 28-12 - including 17 offensive rebounds - in the opening 20 minutes. The tide turned after the break as the visitors took the third quarter 13-32 with Joe Thomasson lethal from long range, propelling Panionios to a 76-81 lead with only a few minutes left in the contest. Trento then dug deep to force the final twist, staying firmly in a postseason spot while Panionios remained rooted to the bottom of the group.

DJ Steward paced Trento on 16 points and Jordan Bayehe added 15 to go with 6 boards, while Devante Jones racked up 11 and 8 assists. Battle sank 10 points as Peyton Aldridge amassed 8 points and as many boards. At the other end, Giorgos Tsampouris led Panionios with 19 points, Thomasson added 17 and Matt Lewis 14.

Turk Telekom’s (8-5) quest to climb into Group B’s top two continues with a visit from equally in-need London (5-8). The English team has lost three out of the last four to fall away from the top six, despite a strong start with the team from recent signing Shavar Reynolds (15 points and 4 steals against Chemnitz last week). Turk Telekom, conversely, got back into winning ways by narrowly holding off Trento, with six double-digit scorers led by 16 points from Kris Bankston. The Turkish team’s depth of talent could be crucial against a London team which couldn’t contain Kyle Allman when the teams met in October – the guard posted 22 points to lead a road victory.

### [ratiopharm ulm vs. NINERS Chemnitz (19:00 CET)](https://www.euroleaguebasketball.net/eurocup/game-center/2025-26/ratiopharm-ulm-niners-chemnitz/U2025/140/)

A crucial German derby will see Ulm (5-8) attempt to revive its playoff ambitions at the expense of Chemnitz (7-6). The visitors arrive in much better shape after making it four straight wins by downing London last week, featuring a breakout performance from forward Kostja Mushidi (22 points, 5 assists). He is one of the threats to an Ulm team which has slipped steadily down the standings by losing six out of the last seven. Chris Ledlum’s consistent form (17 points at Besiktas last time out) has been a rare positive, but Ulm must focus on improving a leaky defense which has allowed an average of 92.2 points per game.

### [Buducnost VOLI Podgorica vs. Lietkabelis Panevezys (19:00 CET)](https://www.euroleaguebasketball.net/eurocup/game-center/2025-26/buducnost-voli-podgorica-lietkabelis-panevezys/U2025/138/)

Buducnost (8-5) is seeking a return to winning ways as it faces a Lietkabelis team (3-10) on the verge of elimination. The Montenegrin team suffered a shock loss at Panionios last week but will be pleased to return to a home floor where it has won five in a row, while Lietkabelis has lost four of its last five despite putting up a good fight against group leader Bourg last time out. The return from injury of free-scoring guard Jamel Morris (12.5 points per game) gives the visiting team some optimism, but Buducnost poured in 98 points to triumph when the teams met in Round 5, and has big man Nikola Tanaskovic in fine form after averaging 16.5 points in the last four games.

### [Aris Thessaloniki Betsson vs. Hapoel Midtown Jerusalem (19:00 CET)](https://www.euroleaguebasketball.net/eurocup/game-center/2025-26/aris-thessaloniki-betsson-hapoel-midtown-jerusalem/U2025/135/)

Aris (6-7) will look to climb into Group A’s all-important top six by upsetting red-hot group leader Jerusalem (11-2). Aris has lost two in a row after allowing 113 points against Manresa last week and must improve drastically on defense to fare better against the best offense in the competition, while also hoping that Amine Noua continues his return to form after netting 23 points last time out. Jerusalem’s latest high-scoring victory was a remarkable 43-point triumph at Slask, featuring big man Austin Wiley’s fifth double-double of the season. With 10 straight victories, Jerusalem is the competition’s hottest team and advancing rapidly towards securing a top-two finish, but new Aris signing Kostas Antetokounmpo will be determined to stop them.

### [Cosea JL Bourg-en-Bresse vs. Besiktas GAIN Istanbul (19:30 CET)](https://www.euroleaguebasketball.net/eurocup/game-center/2025-26/cosea-jl-bourg-en-bresse-besiktas-gain-istanbul/U2025/139/)

Group A’s top two go head-to-head in a crucial showdown as Bourg (11-2) attempts to hold off Besiktas (9-4). Bourg has already qualified for the postseason, and can now take a three-game distance over second place by producing another defensive masterclass after holding its opponents to less than 80 points in three straight games. But Besiktas – which ended a two-game losing streak by downing Ulm last week – thrashed the French team 90-60 in Round 5 behind 15 points and 14 rebounds from Ante Zizic, and home team big man Kevin Kokila knows he must offer more resistance this time – he warmed up for the showdown with 18 points and 7 rebounds to power last week’s win over Lietkabelis.

### [Umana Reyer Venice vs. Slask Wroclaw (20:00 CET)](https://www.euroleaguebasketball.net/en/eurocup/game-center/2025-26/umana-reyer-venice-slask-wroclaw/U2025/131/)

Reyer (7-6) has the aim of keeping its top-two hopes alive by handing another defeat to struggling Slask (4-9). The Italian team has hit top form with three straight victories, while Slask has slipped to five straight losses due to a leaky defense which has was blasted to the tune of 115 points by Jerusalem last week. Reyer’s latest victory, over Cluj in Round 13, was powered by 18 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists from RJ Cole, and his return to top form comes at a good time to confront visiting playmaker Kadre Grey. Reyer won 92-104 when the teams met in Round 5, and will definitely finish above Slask if it wins again this week.
