The 2024-25 BKT EuroCup champion is now known as Hapoel Shlomo Tel Aviv defeated Dreamland Gran Canaria 2-0 in their best-of-three finals series.
After winning 74-65 in Game 1 in Samokov, Bulgaria, Hapoel triumphed 94-103 in Gran Canaria behind 27 points from Antonio Blakeney and 26 points from Johnathan Motley. Yam Madar also added 16 points in Game 2, while Tomer Ginat had 10 points.
Dimitris Itoudis, the Hapoel play-caller, has become the fourth coach to win the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague and EuroCup, joining the late Dusan Ivkovic, David Blatt and Ergin Ataman.
In Game 2, Hapoel set a pair of EuroCup Finals records: for the most points scored and for the most threes made.
