Bahcesehir keeps forward Egehan Arna
Bahcesehir Koleji Istanbul has reached an agreement with forward Egehan Arna to remain together for another season, the club announced Tuesday. Arna (2.02 meters, 27 years old) joined the team in January and averaged 6.1 points and 3.8 rebounds in 12 Turkish League games last season. He started the 2023-24 campaign with Besiktas Emlakjet Istanbul, with which he averaged 2.3 points and 1.7 rebounds in 9 BKT EuroCup game before joining Bahcesehir.
Arna grew up with Fenerbahce Beko Istanbul and also played for Anadolu Efes Istanbul before starting a second stint with Besiktas. He helped Fenerbahce win three Turkish League and two Turkish Cup crowns and lifted the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague trophy in 2017. He added a fourth Turkish League title with Efes in 2023. Arna has also been a member of the Turkish national team.
