Cedevita Olimpija Ljubljana has confirmed the signing of ex-captain Jaka Blazic, who previously played for the club between 2011 and 2013 and then again between 2019 and 2022. Blazic (1.96 meters, 33 years old) spent last season playing for Bahcesehir Koleji, where he averaged 5.2 points, 2.2 rebounds and 1.0 assists in 13 Turkish League games. Over his first two stints with Cedevita, he appeared in 20 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague games over the 2011-12 and 2012-13 seasons, as well as 45 fixtures in the BKT EuroCup from 2019 through 2022. In his final year with Cedevita before leaving for Bahcesehir, Blazic posted 15.4 points, 4.8 rebounds, 3.6 assists and a 17.0 PIR as the team reached the EuroCup Quarterfinals.
